The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

At Beacon we have dedicated team members who are chosen for their compassionate natures as well as their competence, reliability and experience. We provide person centred care, placing the individual needs of the client at the very centre of all we do.

Shift times are generally 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm or night shifts; however, please note this is initially a casual position with no set working hours. Instead we’ll offer flexible working opportunities with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract.

We are specifically looking for candidates who:

  • Are flexible
  • Have experience of working with vulnerable adults
  • Are excellent communicators
  • Are empathetic, patient and have a caring nature
  • A qualification within the health and social care industry is desirable.

All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check. Personal or paid experience in care will be a distinct advantage.
