Permanent Position – Full Time after 10 week period. Millison Chase Limited are recruiting on behalf of a well‑known family‑run company with prestigious maintenance contracts across the UK.
This is a varied role and not a standard driving job. The successful candidate will work as part of a professional team carrying out exterior cleaning and maintenance services at a range of commercial sites including:
- Industrial buildings
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Commercial premises
Pay Rates
- £14.50 per hour – Monday to Friday
- £15.50 per hour – Unsociable Hours
All rates are Direct employment with Millison Chase Limited PAYE.
The Role
Duties include:
- Driving and operating a 7.5T vehicle
- Exterior cleaning and maintenance work
- Working as part of a team on customer sites
- Some working at heights
- Occasional working away from home
When working away: Hotels are provided. Meals are paid for/provided.
Important Information
As the 7.5T vehicle is classed as equipment, this role is not subject to CPC or Digital Tachograph requirements. However, applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence with C1 entitlement.
