Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and collect goods as scheduled
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Load and unload vehicles, securing goods to prevent damage
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs
- Comply with all road safety, transport, and company regulations
Warehouse Duties
- Assist goods in receive, check, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Assist with stock control and inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Requirements
- Valid driving licence
- Must be 21 for insurance
- Previous driving and/or warehouse experience preferred
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Experience with delivery documentation
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 3.30pm
Benefits
28 days holiday; however, after 3 yearsβ service, an extra day accrued each year up to a maximum of 5 extra days, pension, & overtime.
