This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career and begin a management trainee programme starting as a Deputy Manager. Candidates must have the intention to develop their career within our small group of local settings.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with children’s families.
  • Show a clear love for working with children aged 6 months to five years old, supporting their early learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Respect and understand our duty to safeguard children, and adhere to the nursery’s policies and procedures.
  • Attend full induction and training, and comply with all required DBS checks.
  • Work Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:30–18:00, alternating shifts throughout the week.

Qualifications

  • Excellent EYFS knowledge and experience leading a small team.
  • Intention to develop a career within early years care and education.
  • Full DBS check, satisfactory references, completion of full induction.
