How you'll make a difference as a SEND Early Years Educator:
- Assist children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential
- Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child's needs
- Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported and able to thrive
What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:
- At least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
- Experience of working with children with SEND requirements
