Regional Homecare Manager (CQC Registered)
Location: Greater Manchester & Tameside.
Salary: Up to £65,000 plus performance bonus. Joining bonus: £5,000 (after 6‐month probation).
Overview
You've done the job—passed inspections, kept the team together, hit KPIs, and now looking for the next step. This role is the next seat up, overseeing an established homecare service covering Greater Manchester and Tameside with multiple commissioners and a wide geographic patch.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the CQC Registered Manager for the service, owning registration, contracts, budgets, commissioner relationships, and culture. You'll lead the service with support from centralized HR, payroll, recruitment, quality and training teams, allowing you to focus on strategic judgement rather than firefighting admin issues.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
Track record managing commissioned or local authority homecare contracts.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
Commercial awareness and comfort owning budgets and service performance.
Valid full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
