The areas of responsibility include:

  • Working alongside the employed Digital Transformation Lead to be the first point of contact for Practice Managers and Board Members regarding the delivery of Network projects/schemes.
  • Managing contractual requirements on behalf of the Network.
  • Co-ordinating training and development of PCN clinical/administrative staff.
  • Co-ordinating the delivery of enhanced services and other service submissions on behalf of the Network.
  • Providing operational leadership and management to PCN staff (with support of CD for clinicians) in line with HR policies & procedures.
  • Supporting recruitment, induction and training of new PCN staff.
  • Ensuring all PCN staff are compliant who work directly for DAD in line with H&S, governance.
  • Conducting staff audits to provide board members with assurance of safety.
  • Collating feedback/analysis data on behalf of the Network to report to the CCG and board members.
  • Managing the Workflow processes in relation to the above.
  • Ensuring Network and Board Meetings are minuted and agreed action points noted.
  • Circulating communications in a timely manner to PMs and Network Leads.
  • Seeking income generating opportunities for DAD network.
  • Working with all 6 practices individually by attending practice meetings or being based at practice locations on an ad hoc basis to build relationships with practice and PCN staff.
  • Investigating and responding to any patient/staff complaints and incidents that directly relate to DAD PCN.
