Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, as required
- Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress
- Assist teachers in planning and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
- Support pupils with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral or behavioural support
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
- Promote positive behaviour and model the school's values at all times
- Support assessment by observing, recording, and feeding back on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
- Assist with supervision during breaktimes, lunchtime, or school activities when required
Qualifications
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience supporting pupils across primary age ranges
