We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves conducting general repairs, property inspections, and ensuring health and safety standards are met within multiple properties. The ideal candidate will assist in the setup and furnishing of new properties, transporting essential items, and supporting the Asset Manager with operational and logistical tasks. This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise within a professional and dynamic environment that places strong emphasis on safety, innovation, and ongoing professional development. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and non-specialist repairs across multiple accommodation sites.
- Conduct regular property inspections and promptly report any issues or concerns, ensuring all properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup of new accommodation projects, and delivery of essential items and equipment for properties.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and property conditions.
- Minor painting and decorating works.
- Maintaining clean and tidy external areas of properties and projects.
- Addressing minor plumbing issues.
Skills
- Full UK driving licence, preferably with access to own vehicle.
- Able to work independently.
- Proven experience in general property maintenance.
- A strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and quality of work.
