We are expanding our community care services across Rhyl, Prestatyn and surrounding areas and are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care and support to adults in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, companionship and community access
- Build meaningful relationships with people and help them achieve their personal goals
- Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times
- Work in a professional, reliable and compassionate manner
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Caring, reliable and patient nature
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to undertake training (including mandatory care training)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- DBS check (can be completed during recruitment)
Please note: As this role involves giving care to people in their own home you must have a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
