Overview
The role is a Level 3 Data Technician Apprentice with a 15-month apprenticeship program. Successful completion may lead to a permanent full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide administration and support for Salesforce users, managing roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Prioritise work independently, handling tickets in internal systems and escalating when necessary.
- Assist on project work, such as developing new automation and business logic for Salesforce.
- Support system-wide changes during an exciting re‑work of the platform.
- Attend project meetings to gain or impart knowledge on the status of projects and immerse in declarative Salesforce development.
- Liaise with users to keep work flowing and ensure systems remain efficient for end users.
- Help maintain GDPR compliance in a busy and fast‑paced environment.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce in‑built analytics, Excel, Cognism, and Zoominfo to track analytics for social campaigns, supporting the Customer Success Manager and Account Director.
Qualifications
- GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, or Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using or knowledge of Salesforce would be beneficial.
