About this job

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Data Assurance Team. The successful candidate will:

• Lead and support a team of Data Quality Assurance Clerks in validating pathways on Hive.
• Maintain accurate, timely and complete data entry on Trust systems.
• Improve data quality at the source and train staff to recognise and correct data errors.
• Establish routine procedures with the Data Assurance Service Manager to monitor team output and ensure consistent high standards.
• Use Microsoft Excel confidently when working with large data sets.
• Apply a thorough understanding of RTT pathway rules and other NHS national performance targets and access rules.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Have previous experience with the Trust’s current EPR system, HIVE powered by Epic, and patient pathways.

Requirements

• Strong team leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus.
• Experience working with large data sets and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of RTT pathway rules and NHS national performance targets.
• Understanding of patient pathways and experience using HIVE/Epic.
