Ynglyn â chi: Yn ddelfrydol dylech feddu ar gymhwyster lefel 3 (NVQ neu gyfwerth) mewn Arlwyo a Lletygarwch, profiad perthnasol yn y diwydiant, a chymhwyster addysgu (darperir hyfforddiant). Dylech hefyd feddu ar gymhwyster lefel 2 mewn Saesneg a Mathemateg (TGAU neu gyfatebol) a bod yn hyddysg mewn TG hyd at lefel. Byddai Dyfarniadau Asesydd/Dilysydd yn fanteisiol.

Mae gennych 46 diwrnod o wyliau y flwyddyn, a gan ein bod ni'n cau’r Coleg am hyd at 5 diwrnod dros y Nadolig, mae hyn yn golygu hyd at 5 diwrnod o wyliau ychwanegol. Gyda’r 8 diwrnod o wyliau cyhoeddus/banc ar ben hyn, gallech elwa o 59 diwrnod o wyliau blynyddol fel Darlithydd.
