Immediate Start following a successful interview. We’re hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our amazing team at Omni Facilities Management. Established in 1980, Omni provides outsourced services to over 150 hotels across the UK, Netherlands, and South Africa, employing over 4,000 people. Key clients include InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton, Marriott, and many others.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will use their supervisory skills to lead the housekeeping department, support Head Housekeepers on leave, and manage room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen management, and supervision duties. The role also supports when required: cleaning guests’ rooms, self‑checking cleaned rooms, and covering Head Housekeeper duties.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and carry out various housekeeping duties including room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen management and supervision.
- Check each room daily on the assigned floor to ensure it has been cleaned, includes necessary supplies, and is presented to the hotel's required standard.
- Perform related duties and special projects, which may be assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
- Cover the Head Housekeeper when they are on days off.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor.
- Willingness to work and ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
- Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
Working Hours
Shift pattern: up to 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation).
