Teaching Personnel are recruiting a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming secondary school in Cwmbran supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support where required
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive engagement
- Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
- Build strong relationships with students, staff and parents
- Assist with preparing classroom resources and learning materials
- Encourage confidence, independence and participation in lessons
- Passionate about working with young people in education

- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
