Based in Ashton Under Lyne, we are looking for a customer focused person to join our Quotations Estimates Team. This role is based around processing customer orders, quotations, liaising with REPs & customer support, and providing quotations & estimates for potential work. Liaising with key clients like Tesco, Dixons, and M&S to take their orders for building works & installations, and providing support throughout the process. Paying a salary of £26k - £28k, depending on experience + many benefits & real career opportunities. Working Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm and 4.30 on Friday (also offer FLEXI Time). It is essential that applicants have experience of dealing directly with customers working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with producing quotations using MS Excel.
  • Manage own workload and plan tasks whilst being flexible.
  • Support the team by providing customer support and liaising with key clients.
  • Maintain records and provide timely updates on quotations and estimates.
  • Display a proactive ‘can do’ attitude towards problem solving.

Attributes / Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience dealing directly with customers in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn SAP (on the job training will be provided).
  • Desire to develop a career path within the organization.
