A leading commercial vehicle dealer group is seeking a Vehicle Service Administrator to join their team in Cross Hands.

- Salary between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience - 25 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, increasing with long service

Duties of the Service Administrator:
- Managing Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure seamless workflow
- Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers professionally
- Preparing job cards, service reports, estimates, and associated documentation
- Maintaining accurate service records and databases
- Raising purchase orders and preparing invoices
- Processing invoicing activities efficiently
- Liaising with technicians, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations
- Supporting the Workshop Manager with general administrative activities
Requirements of the Service Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative or service support role within automotive or commercial vehicle sectors
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure as the Service Administrator
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly manner
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Salisbury and Andover due to the company’s relocation
