Job Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion for residents.
- Collaborate within the care team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Help create and maintain a safe, happy and caring environment for residents.
