We are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract initially to cover a colleague’s maternity leave. The role involves monitoring and managing stock levels for our depots across the country.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock levels for depots nationwide.
- Monitor the availability of fuel products from portfolio of suppliers.
- Secure additional supply channels when required due to demand.
- Produce data to support the Supply Chain Manager in providing uninterrupted supply of fuel products to meet the business requirements based on seasonal demands.
- Raise and communicate orders with suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers.
- Provide performance data for both bulk supply and our 3PL partners.
- Analyse our pricing data to ensure we’re procuring fuel at the best possible price.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in forecasting monthly demand.
- Coordinate and share supply chain KPIs.
- Effectively communicate our supply position with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience within supply chain, procurement or a related field.
- Organised, self‑motivated, able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Analytical mindset to identify and resolve supply issues.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Proficient in negotiation and conflict management.
