We are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract initially to cover a colleague’s maternity leave. The role involves monitoring and managing stock levels for our depots across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage stock levels for depots nationwide.
  • Monitor the availability of fuel products from portfolio of suppliers.
  • Secure additional supply channels when required due to demand.
  • Produce data to support the Supply Chain Manager in providing uninterrupted supply of fuel products to meet the business requirements based on seasonal demands.
  • Raise and communicate orders with suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers.
  • Provide performance data for both bulk supply and our 3PL partners.
  • Analyse our pricing data to ensure we’re procuring fuel at the best possible price.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in forecasting monthly demand.
  • Coordinate and share supply chain KPIs.
  • Effectively communicate our supply position with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience within supply chain, procurement or a related field.
  • Organised, self‑motivated, able to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Analytical mindset to identify and resolve supply issues.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Proficient in negotiation and conflict management.
