Location: Crewe – full‑time, fixed shifts (Monday‑Thursday and Sunday).

Hours: Sunday 6:00‑6:00 am; Monday‑Thursday 10:00‑6:00 am; overtime may be needed on Friday.

Pay: £20.70 per hour; overtime after 37.5 hours at £31.05 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operations manager to ensure all customer orders are picked, packed and delivered on time.
  • Deliver a high‑standard, customer‑facing operation with attention to detail and 100% quality.
  • Run the shift day‑to‑day, demonstrating excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Act as deputy manager in the manager’s absence.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing colleagues across production and assembly teams on‑site.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and IT literacy.
  • Physically fit; the role may involve occasional heavy lifting.
  • Prior managerial experience in food safety is required.
