We are currently seeking a qualified and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable main dealership in Crewe, Cheshire.

The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently.
- Basic salary of Β£28,500, with potential earnings of up to Β£34,500 (uncapped OTE)

- Working hours from Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota
- Supportive and friendly team environment Duties of a Service Advisor:
- Professionally greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs ensuring accurate scheduling
- Keep customers informed regarding vehicle progress and explain repair recommendations
- Liaise effectively with workshop staff to ensure timely job completion
- Prepare accurate estimates and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Promote additional products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Complete all administrative paperwork and update digital records meticulously Requirements of a Service Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- Minimum of 2 years dealership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and dealership software
- Right to work in the UK is essential
