- Evidence of relevant IT training
- A-Level or equivalent qualification in an ICT related subject
- Experience configuring and using MS as well as working on/maintaining an ICT network
- Experience configuring and using Windows 11 and supporting MS Office
- Knowledge of Apple Macs, Windows 11 together with general knowledge of application packages, systems information networks
- Knowledge of the GDPR Act and Health & Safety at work Act and associated regulations (e.g. DSE)
- Driving licence as the role requires supporting two school sites
