Overview
The Leisure Team Apprenticeship provides experience in the leisure industry and is an ideal entry‑level position for anyone wanting a career within health, fitness & leisure.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in a variety of activities at our Holmes Chapel facility, delivering customer service and fitness services.
- Demonstrate good people skills and work across different teams.
- Perform shift work, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications
- No age limit.
- Will earn nationally recognisable qualifications in Customer Service & Fitness (L2).
Pay & Benefits
- 18‑month (approx.) apprenticeship programme.
- 37 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (operational roles).
- Starting salary of £16,457.30 per year for full‑time, with 6 monthly performance‑based pay rise.
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 5‑years’ service).
