The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 £ per year.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about early intervention and experienced in promoting children, young people and caregiver mental health. This role will involve remote/hybrid working with occasional on-site days at the CWP base and school visits across the district.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing clinical governance, including risk management, safeguarding, incidents and quality assurance
  • Supporting complex cases and risk escalations
  • Providing clinical, case management and reflective supervision to EMHPs, CWPs and trainees
  • Managing triage, allocation and caseload flow for timely interventions
  • Acting as the key clinical link for schools, 0–18 CYPMHS, safeguarding teams and local partners
  • Supporting schools with MHST pathways, referrals and intervention options and strengthening collaboration
  • Contributing to service improvement, audits and evaluation
  • Using data and feedback to improve access, outcomes and experience
  • Supporting innovation in digital delivery and screening
  • Providing specialist assessments, formulations and professional consultation to schools and agencies

Qualifications

Substantial experience working with children, young people, parents/carers and families, strong multi-agency working skills, sound knowledge of relevant policy and legislation and excellent communication abilities.
