Advanced Support Worker in Children & Young People’s Learning Disability & Mental Health Services (LDCAMHS) – 1‑year fixed‑term position, with flexible base in Crewe or Macclesfield.
Responsibilities
- Support Learning Disability Nurses in the assessment process and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Carry out observations as part of the assessment process.
- Help maintain resources within the team.
- Provide clinical and clerical support as part of a multidisciplinary service.
- Use information and computer technology skills to support service delivery.
