Are you a highly specialist critical care dietitian with developed leadership skills? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self‑motivated Dietitian to join the Acute Dietetics Team at Leighton Hospital, Crewe. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Band 7 Dietitian to lead the Acute Team within a team of supportive senior colleagues and lead the Critical Care inpatient service.

The successful candidate will have advanced clinical knowledge of complex enteral feeding and parenteral nutrition. You will provide clinical leadership for the dietetic team, supervising junior staff, supporting student training, and promoting a culture of evidence‑based practice. As an integral member of the MDT, you will contribute to the critical care rehab ward round, formulating plans for patients with complex nutritional management and supporting improved patient outcomes.

Strong communication skills, leadership experience and bringing innovative ideas on how to develop a specialist service is key. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician to deepen their expertise in a supportive environment. If you are passionate about advancing dietetic practice in Critical Care and leadership, and are keen to influence and develop a specialist dietetic service, we would be delighted to hear from you.
