Responsibilities

  • Provide medical leadership and oversee patient care on inpatient rehabilitation wards and the Discharge Lounge.
  • Review patients holistically and facilitate safe and effective complex discharge planning.
  • Manage and, where necessary, escalate acute illness in line with clinical competence.
  • Work flexibly across wards and the discharge lounge according to service needs.

Qualifications

  • LED ST3 equivalent (Clinical Fellow level).
  • Previous NHS experience required.
  • Full‑time commitment of 12 months, Monday to Friday.
