About this job:

We require a calm caring female individual to support a lady with her personal care and meals to enable her to live at home with her husband. The role requires a person who has experience in supporting clients with advanced dementia who can deal with the challenges that can bring and provide reassurance and encouragement to our client. A female carer is needed due to the personal care needs of the client, permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Full training will be provided. A DBS will be paid for by the employer.
2 hours late afternoon are available for 1 carer to help the client prepare for bed. Further hours are available. The availability to cover PA’s holidays would also be useful.
Hourly pay rate is £14.10 per hour.
