What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Branch, serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
  • Ensure your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
  • Help the team get the job done by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
  • Inspire and encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Support your team’s development, ensuring they have what they need for future business growth and succession.
  • Lead from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team to create a great place to work.
