Hours: 7 sessions per week
We require for this role GPs with at least 1-2 years experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
- Work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery’s operational plan.
- Maintain quality within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity.
- Contribute to the improvement in quality health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework.
- Provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model.
- Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC.
- Support the development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan.
Ideal Candidate:
- Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list.
- Engaged in at least 12 months regular clinical work.
- An experienced doctor with GP accreditation.
- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
- Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and use of appropriate coding.
- Ideally have a working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.
- MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
Package Description:
- Annual salary of up to £112,500 depending on experience and £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs.
