Warehouse Goods In Stores Operative Corsham | £27,258.96 per annum | 7am-3pm | Monday-Friday | Permanent | Own Transport Required Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse and Stock Control Operative to join a well-established company in Corsham.

This permanent position offers excellent benefits and requires candidates to have their own transport due to the location.

What We Offer £27,258.96 per annum. 7am-3pm working hours.

Monday to Friday working pattern.

Permanent position. 30 days' holiday, increasing to 33 days within the first year.

Monthly incentives.

Key Duties

  • Accurately track and record all stock movements, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain organised and secure storage areas, including bay checks and processing stock in and out.
  • Update inventory management systems with all stock movements.
  • Generate stock reports to highlight issues, discrepancies and trends.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, safely.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within stock management.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail for stock counts and reconciliations.
  • IT proficiency, including inventory management software and Microsoft Excel or SAP. Excellent organisational skills to manage stock systematically.
  • Own transport due to the site location.
