Our Swimming Teachers are a vital part of our team. They teach safe, fun, effective and enjoyable classes as part of a swimming programme or 1‑1 tuition environments. With a level 2 or above Swim England swimming teacher qualification or equivalent, you should have experience of teaching children within a leisure environment.

If you do not hold a level 2 or above Swim England swimming teacher qualification, you may be considered for the post if you hold a minimum of a level 1 qualification and can evidence that you are booked onto a level 2 course to complete your qualification.

As a casual worker, you’ll have no fixed hours and will work on an as‑needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council’s requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
