Location: Llandudno. Pay: £13.45 per hour (zero‑hour contract, on‑call and sleep‑in).
Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred support in line with individual care plans, including daily living and personal care where required.
- Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for residents.
- Support the resident’s social activities, appointments and community visits.
- Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of the team.
- Work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep‑ins.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A caring, patient and respectful attitude with a positive and resilient approach.
- Confidence working both independently and within a team; good communication and basic IT skills.
- Willingness to work towards a Level 2 QCF (Social Care Wales registration).
- Availability for unsociable hours on a rota basis.
- Driver’s licence desirable but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech).
