The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 £ per hour.

Location: Llandudno. Pay: £13.45 per hour (zero‑hour contract, on‑call and sleep‑in).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person‑centred support in line with individual care plans, including daily living and personal care where required.
  • Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for residents.
  • Support the resident’s social activities, appointments and community visits.
  • Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of the team.
  • Work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep‑ins.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A caring, patient and respectful attitude with a positive and resilient approach.
  • Confidence working both independently and within a team; good communication and basic IT skills.
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 2 QCF (Social Care Wales registration).
  • Availability for unsociable hours on a rota basis.
  • Driver’s licence desirable but not essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech).
