The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator on behalf of our well known client, to join their production team in Congleton.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating automated production machinery
- Monitoring machine performance throughout production runs
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Loading raw materials and preparing machines for production
- Completing production records and downtime reports
- Assisting with machine changeovers and routine cleaning
- Reporting faults or production issues promptly
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment
- Food, pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing experience is desirable
- Good mechanical awareness and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Shifts
• Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift pattern
- 06:00 - 14:30
- 09:00 - 17:00
- 12:00 - 20:30
Overtime may be available during busy periods, with occasional weekend work if required.
