Requirements:

  • Be able to independently manage a varied commercial property caseload from start to finish, across commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant matters and commercial property finance working with both lenders and borrowers.
  • Possess high levels of speed and accuracy, be highly organised, and have excellent project management skills.
  • Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the local community and beyond.
  • Have a proven track record of billings, with the ability to work with deadlines, whilst maintaining the firm's high standards of service delivery.
  • Is dedicated to upholding the firm's excellent reputation.
  • Have a passion and interest for upskilling and supporting junior team members.
