We're looking for Senior Support Workers in the Rhos on Sea area, Colwyn Bay. As a Senior Support Worker with Care Quality Services, you will play a fundamental role in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support you provide. You will be supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.

Role Highlights:

  • 18 hours per week as senior support worker, 8am-10am & 15:30-22:00
  • Previous experience required due to complexity of the project
  • Driver essential, does not need access to own vehicle
  • Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (work-based learning) with further progression opportunities

A small cohort of individuals in our supported living homes are capable of leading independent lives. Your role will be to help them maintain independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care. If you are kind, compassionate, patient, and friendly, you'll make the perfect Senior Support Worker. No prior experience is required; full training is provided, and we are keen to speak with you.
