We’re recruiting experienced CNC Turner Setter Operators to join a long‑established precision engineering company in Tewkesbury that has produced premium quality, patented products for over 60 years. The role focuses on high‑precision CNC turning in a clean, well‑equipped shop where you will help make products that genuinely improve people’s lives. Pay & Shifts
- Day Shift – Monday to Thursday: 4:30pm – 2:45am.
- Salary is £39,500 to £50,000 per annum, reviewed regularly and reflecting experience and progression.
What you’ll be doing
- Set and operate CNC lathes producing precision‑engineered components.
- Carry out full machine set‑ups including tooling selection and program loading.
- Work with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls; training will be provided for other controls.
- Inspect your own work using verniers, gauges and other measuring equipment.
- Read and work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
- Support continuous improvement and develop programming skills over time.

- Proven experience as a CNC Turner.
- Ability to complete full CNC lathe set‑ups.
- Experience working with engineering drawings and inspection tools.
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Mazatrol controls is not required; training will be provided.
