You will be responsible for the manufacture and packing of medical devices, working to a high-quality standard in line with customer specifications.
Salary and Hours
- Salary: Β£28,805.74 per year
- Shift Pattern: 6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Flexibility required to work nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am (when required)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a proactive approach to health & safety, reporting any concerns
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
- Work in line with Medical Device Standards (ISO 13485)
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) at all times
- Complete batch and production documentation accurately in line with GDP
- Meet hourly performance targets
- Work as part of a team to minimise waste and improve efficiency
- Support production plans to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery
- Attend work on time and prepared for each shift
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- GCSE level education (including English & Maths) or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience (cleanroom or medical device experience is desirable)
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to train across multiple processes
- Flexible approach to working hours
