You will be responsible for the clinical training and development of all nursing and healthcare staff, delivering in‑situ simulation and study days on a regular basis. This includes setting up study days for acutely ill patients, sepsis, paediatrics, CBRN, major incident and mandatory training, supporting newly qualified nursing staff in their 4‑week induction and preceptorship, and developing the workforce.

- Simulation experience around patient safety and pathways, clinical skills and equipment training, and an understanding of Human Factors.
