We are currently recruiting a Class 1 (CE) Driver on a Temporary to Permanent basis for our busy and well-established client based in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers the opportunity to gain tanker experience without already holding an ADR licence, making it ideal for new pass drivers or experienced drivers looking to upskill and move into specialist work. You will be operating Class 1 curtain side and tanker vehicles, completing 2-3 planned deliveries per shift. You may be required to complete 2-3 nights out per week. No handball involved.
About the shift:
- Start times: 04:30am - 06:00am
- Shifts length is typically 8-12 hours long Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday)
- No handball required
- 2-3 nights out per week (route dependent)
Pay rates:
- £17.11 per hour Monday to Friday
- £25.67 per hour Saturday
