We're now looking for a Yard Supervisor to join our Cirencester branch. You'll play a key role in keeping our yard running smoothly by leading a team, ensuring stock is maintained, and deliveries go out efficiently, all while creating a safe and well-organised environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee yard operations – work closely with Yard Operatives and Drivers.
- Manage stock levels – identify faulty or damaged goods and report issues to the Branch Manager.
- Support deliveries – handle loading and unloading to keep things moving.
- Handle goods in and out – ensure all documentation is completed accurately on our systems.
- Work as part of a team – keep the branch running efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Forklift Driving Licence and experience in a fast-paced environment (training and support provided).
