Based out of Gloucester hospital, as a renal nurse you’ll specialise in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

At our clinic, managers work side by side with the teams rather than being tucked away on another floor. With clinic admins and nursing desks centrally located, we support both staff and patients at every step.
Patient‑Centred Care: Our exceptional nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4 ensures ample time to provide holistic care. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday with no nights, offering flexibility and work‑life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
- Familiarity with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
