We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis at our Cirencester site. The role is responsible for consistently delivering client service expectations, liaising with and supporting clients, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. The Contract Coordinator will also support the Account Manager in delivering all contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from existing customers regarding maintenance queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to enquiries and new job e‑mails from existing customers.
- Accurately and fully record job requirements and priority on in‑house software and client portals.
- Take ownership of customer queries to offer first‑contact resolution where possible.
- Handle Customer Support Centre administrative duties, including monitoring team inboxes.
- Liaise with various internal departments and external contractors to obtain relevant job updates and ETA's.
- Work to pre‑determined daily, weekly and monthly team jobs.
- Communicate with contractors for outstanding job updates.
- Work closely with Management to achieve both client and business objectives.
- Monitor KPI performance and follow up as required.
Qualifications:
- Maths and English qualifications.
- Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Time‑management skills.
- Ability to process data quickly and accurately and to work collaboratively with team members.
