Are you ready to take the lead in creating memorable leisure experiences for our guests? We are looking for an Assistant Spa & Leisure Manager to join our team at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. As the Assistant Leisure Manager, you will assist with overseeing daily operations of our leisure facilities, namely the swimming pool and gym, maintaining a high standard of service, and fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Working with the Spa & Leisure Manager, you will also help to plan fitness initiatives, ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are met, particularly in the pool & spa areas, and monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
What we look for in an Assistant Spa & Leisure Manager:
- A keen interest and previous experience in a leisure/fitness role; a related qualification is desirable.
- Excellent service and interpersonal skills to help ensure our guests feel welcome and have memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures in a leisure facility.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
- A valid Pool plant qualification is desirable although not essential as training will be provided.
