We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Coppull, Chorley. This role is within our supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and involves providing consistent, positive support to help each person achieve independence and outcome-focused goals within their own person‑centred plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all service users receive high‑quality, individualised, person‑centred support.
- Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to the team while developing warm and trusting relationships with service users.
- Encourage service users to express their needs, views, and concerns.
