Delta Care Ltd is offering work on a permanent or temporary basis across all surrounding areas of Chorley including Adlington, Euxton, Coppull, Buckshaw Village, Whittle-le-Woods, Leyland, Ormskirk, Rufford, Tarleton, Croston & more. With many full-time and part-time positions available to you. Evenings and weekend work available.

Part-time & full-time hours for drivers only. No qualifications or previous experience is required as we offer full paid training.

Hours of duty: Mornings: 7 AM - 2 PM & Evenings: 3 PM - 10 PM (We kindly ask that you work every other weekend).

The Role: The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.

  • To read and follow the individualized care plan.
  • To assist Service Users with getting in and out of bed.
  • To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing.
  • To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary.
  • To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary.
  • To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances.
  • To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties; there may be other tasks that you are required to do that do not form part of this Job Description.
