Do you have the commitment and positive values to make a difference to the lives of people living in Chorley, Lancashire? We are looking for respectful, warm and enthusiastic Waking Night Support Workers to work in our Chorley Supported Living service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our well-established team, which supports individuals with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care to service users
  • Working evenings on a rota system including weekends and bank holidays
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

Although previous experience in a similar role is more advantageous, we encourage people with the right values and passion to apply. A clean, up-to-date driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel around the Chorley area.

Training & Development

Creative Support offers a wide range of training courses and the opportunity to progress in the health and social care sector with a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 – 5. Continuous development is supported through accredited courses such as person‑centred planning, communication approaches and many more.
