We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced School Business Manager, or someone with relevant experience in business or industry, who would like to join our school. Responsibilities
- Is a qualified or has experience as a school business manager, or has been in an equivalent financial planning and managing role
- Has a secure knowledge of health and safety, premises, risk, procurement, financial and asset management
- Is well presented and articulate, with good communication skills; has strong interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with a variety of pupils, staff, parents and governors
- Has good attention to detail and organisational skills; is self-motivated, dedicated and consistent; has the ability to handle problems quickly and efficiently, and make effective decisions
- Is a strong team player, who can use their own initiative; has a positive and flexible attitude
- Has sound IT skills, with preferably a knowledge of SIMS and FMS or other Management Information Software
