You will join as a Restaurant Manager, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the F&B Manager with daily operations and overall guest experience.
  • Lead the Restaurant team during service, ensuring smooth flow and consistent standards.
  • Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with training, coaching and supporting team members.
  • Oversee table plans, reservations and service readiness.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the restaurant.
  • Support stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
  • Coordinate communication between restaurant, kitchen and bar teams.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen processes and health & safety standards.
