Responsibilities
- Practice as a Registered Nurse in a nurse‑led setting, delivering clinical care and making complex decisions.
- Advocate for and deliver a person‑centred approach, communicating effectively with residents and their families.
- Act as a practice supervisor and assessor for student nurses, mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Demonstrate professional behaviour, role‑model effective communication and teamwork.
- Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, attending required safeguarding training and escalating as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, complying with NMC standards of practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- Commitment to the NMC standards of practice.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in mentoring, supervision or assessment of student nurses is desirable.
- Full right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
